Personally, I tried...

The current PS Elements 8 is a very much improved beast from Elements 3..... your PSE3 it's not 'upgradeable' but if it's registered you might get a discount from Adobe. But hey, it's going for $60 in the US (Amazon)(about 30 of your British quids?) The 'Keyword' system of tags used in Organizer shows up in the exif information - that's metadata, right?

The point I am making is that even if there is a law saying that a bride can pass copies of an image on - it is up to the wedding photographer to put together a contract which the bride signs accepting that the photos can not be passed on... this is not being at all naive the simple fact is that photographers have relied on law to 'manage their rights' for them - this will simply mean that they will have to manage their own rights -...

I kind of like it, i seem to remember seeing an 'f' panel a while back that was in a similar vein.
For critic imho, the stem is a bit too green and or bright... find it is drawing my eye as the rest of the picture is dark and subdued.

Others may disagree, but I would personally jump at the chance provided I worked out the details of the deal with them. I would want to know how long they had the rights to the photos for, be sure that I retained copyright to stop them being used by other companies, and that you had full rights to all other images you took on the trip.
Send us a postcard!

Hi Michelle
Well you're preaching to the converted in my case
The latest news is XP is likely to be supported for the next 5years
If you buy a new camera then ok you have to wait until the camera Raw converters are upgraded frustrating but there are workarounds mine for my G11 is to just use jpg and store the RAW just incase. I could use Canon's DPP but happy to wait at the moment....
