I can't remember the name of this riding toy but it was all plastic, had a round base you sat in with two big (yet narrow) wheels. The wheels had handles and you turned in circular motion with your hands. You could go
forwards, backwards and even spin in circles like a crazed lunatic. The base was red and the wheels yellow, although I may have that bass-ackwards. Meh, even if they do still ...

There used to be a great store in North Syracuse called Switz's, which had amazing displays for Halloween. I can't find any images from those, but here's one of their Christmas commercials.
