I can't remember the name of this riding toy but it was all plastic, had a round base you sat in with two big (yet narrow) wheels. The wheels had handles and you turned in circular motion with your hands. You could go forwards, backwards and even spin in circles like a crazed lunatic. My dad raised me on what's now considered "Classic Rock".
