If your legal fees meant the legal remuneration inclusive of 5% gov't service tax and the disbursements ie. stamp duty , adjudication fee etc. then, your estimation is not too far off your predicted amount. The above calculation and scale can be used as a guide.

Are you referring to the $500k 753 sq ft unit ? Looks OK but one thing worries me - is the apt so small that they have to resort to placing the washing machine in the bathroom ? Or may be the expect the residents to use the laundry service.

I've been searching in this forum but couldn't find specific discussion about Sri Penaga in Bangsar, probably because it's more than a decade old. RM50K as Rollsroyce pointed out will bring your cost to RM230K for a 600 sq. feet studio is very expensive. Plus its leasehold. Good thing is, it comes fully furnished and ready to move in. However, if you don't like the furnishing, you still have to come out with money for renovation.
Anyway, if you are willing to pay RM230K, you should consider Taman Desa. Not sure how many ...

Visited Riana Green @ Tropicana few times, and quite like the place. Planning to get a unit there, especially the medium rise.
I wonder the price approx RM400k for about 1300sf+ worth the price?
