Yup, the semi-ds are expensive, 1.1million and 1.4 million if I'm not wrong. 50k off for the 1.1 million unit. We think it's expensive, but yet quite a number of units have been sold as well.... There is also another semi-d launch called Rafflesia which is just next to Sutera Damansara over on the Damansara Perdana site. Also 1.x million. Where are these people finding all the $$$$$?? I want in too

Hi bizklguy,
You voiced out what I've feared most! FYI, I've just put in booking fee for a unit at the Savoy. To be quite honest, it was quite a spur of the moment thing. I was mainly taken in by the " 3+2" advance rental guarantee , meaning that they will pay me upfront in cash(!) 5 years of rental upon disbursement of the loan.
I have some other "projects" going..so I see this ...

At one time everyone is saying that since BLR is dropping it will be harder to get good rates so better refinance fast. It seems now the opposite is happening. Sigh...salespeople..

RM50K as Rollsroyce pointed out will bring your cost to RM230K for a 600 sq. feet studio is very expensive. Plus its leasehold. Good thing is, it comes fully furnished and ready to move in. However, if you don't like the furnishing, you still have to come out with money for renovation.
Anyway, if you are willing to pay RM230K, you should consider Taman Desa. Not sure how many ...
