So I missed my workout. Grrrrrrr... Thankfully, I am road tripping back home to Baltimore/DC today to see the Family and Old Friends. Sorta like a...

I do MMA twice a week after workouts and kickboxing once a week on a rest day. The day you do it after a gym sesh its definitely harder. Id recommend keeping it to days where your not working out. __________________ These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA, do not constitute medical advice, and are not official or authorized comments by LG Sciences, LLC.
