Can't say I dislike the commercials themselves peach but the idea of the shoe itself doing all that sounds stupid. Mostly because most average people walk as little as they can so 11% more then 0 is still pretty gosh darn close to 0.

It is recommended to do heavy weights while cutting, as it keeps your muscle working thus your body holds onto it.

With an EZ-Bar curl, you're more likely to be putting strain on a different head than you originally had. The more narrow your grip the more the outer head of the biceps...

Top bodybuilders do they same 8-12 heavy weight when cutting as when
bulking. Thats how you maintain strength when cutting, hope this helps. You
wont put on any bulk if you eat less calories

The supporting muscles of the shoulders (known as the rotator cuff) are not in a good position to stabilize the joint and injury to those supporting muscles can result, which can lead to further injury in the connective...

Congrats men, those are a couple of nice bucks. Yours has got some great mass. I have heard great things about those rage broad heads. Looking forward to trying my hand with a bow and take a doe with it this year. I took my Buck Sept 22 with my muzzleloader, it was my first deer with Black Powder .

Movember
I'm not in habit of begging for money or support but I am taking part in Movember next month. For those that don't know this is an annual event every November where men grow a moustache (or mo') to raise awareness of prostate cancer and to raise money to fight it. More details on the event can be found here:
