My questionnaire arrived this morning, its a very short one that just asks if you have any conditions ie asthma, eczema, diabetes etc. The other form is a consent form just to say that subject to satisfactory screening you are happy to take part in the studies. They do 2 types of studies. One is home use like all the others and the second one is controlled studies that can be carried out ...

She has the receipt,bought them but has hardly worn them,as was on a long holiday for 6 weeks.If I put my hand in the shoe,I'm unable to feel any rough areas although she has big blisters on three toes and was walking home the other day almost in tears.Where does she stand with this matter?(or maybe hobble in this matter)

I have a much cheaper offer, save yourself all the money by cancelling. Sky is over rated and expensive, cancelled mine twelve months ago and can honestly say we dont miss it at all.
