I don't know, I think that if you ran a survey asking if a person was interested in health first and weight second vs weight first and health second... health first might win. Of course, most people think that weighing less is, by itself, "healthy", regardless of actual health. They could see a skinny person with ulcers and cancer and think "healthy", and see a fat person with no issues and think...

thery used a 1.9 multiplier which is for ultramarathoners not 45 min runners. since you know your job is sedate and your only exercise is that running I'd go with light exercisers activity factor to figure your max. remeber you eat between the 2 not at the AMR to lose weight. Since you know you gain eating so much then don't

Do you feel like the Carbquick made enough of a textural difference that you would use it again? I've made meatloaf and just left out the breadcrumbs and they've been okay, albeit dense.
I bet it wouldn't have been dry if you hadn't cooked it for quite that long on such a high temp. I wonder if you could have tented it with tin foil or if that would have made your meat loaf too falling-...

LOWCARB cheesecake. 4 gr of Carb. I will be attempting to make a low carb dessert (no cooking or baking), using a 15 oz can of pumpkin, which i had in the cupboard, and some spices. But I may not get around to that before the holiday. The theme for this TG is to use what i have in the house, and minimize what I have to buy (the cheesecake is only $2.50 the portion. If I bought the whole ...

Morning!
I am taking my last class today and its an all day hands on test! UGH
It was a 2 yrs series on coaching 3 aspects of sales and today I have to coach in front of the instructors all day. One of my peers had his session last week and said that they were brutal. I hate it when people use embarrassment as a coaching tool. Its pointless.
My food this weekend was out of control LOL...

I can not have just one bite of anything that will trigger me to binge (even lc foods). I even have to eat the same foods every day for awhile so that the smallest bite (of even allowed foods) won't trigger me. After I have invested time into my diet (approximately a month), then I'm confident that I will not ruin it by eating badly. I'm an all or nothing type of person and I know myself ...

So, I'm thinking I'm going to need a lot of support because I've been eating low carb (more or less!) for the last month or two and my weight is literally stuck. I don't vary at all up or down. Every day....230. I chose to go off plan for the last 2 days. Still at 230. I complained to my husband, "I can't even GAIN weight!" Of course, I guess that's a good thing, but my main goal with this ...
