I was so frustrated yesterday! I could not get on here! I don't know if anyone else had that problem. I could go anywhere else on the Internet but just not here! Anyways...I'm back today. I have a lot of catching up to do. First of all, our little trip was OK. It was more trouble than it was worth. We are just a big group to try to cram even in a Suite. I kept up with what I ate but...

Hello, I am considering giving up dairy for a while... I really like having yogurt and use milk as well to make Protein Shakes, with eggs of course. Can anyone give me any ideas as to what I could use to replace the milk... Of course, I don't believe there is a replacement for yogurt...it is a good probiotic and perhaps I could just keep that in my diet...just thinking! TJ

The red sweet onions!! I put them on top of everything now! I actually arrange my dinner just so I can get my onions. It's rediculous. I just made a tuna salad with two cans of tuna and half a red onion! My carb count must be super high arleady.

I will be having a Chinese houseguest for a few weeks. I would like to make sure that she has cooking ingredients she needs for cooking in case she decides she would like to cook some meals. I also am a bit nervous about her cooking foods that I'm not going to be able to eat because of high carb counts. Can anyone make suggestions for foods to put on my shopping list prior to her ...

For the first time in months, I was able to take the bra extender off of my bra. For the boys, a bra extender is a small piece of fabric that hooks onto the strap that goes around the chest and lengthens it. It can make a 36B bra become a 40B bra. Also, I can look at my reflection without feeling shame.

I would like to buy a better quality stick blender than what is on the market. My Sears hand blender just died and the new hand blender I got is not near as good and I would throw it away if I could get a really good one. If anyone uses a high quality hand blender, please post the brand. Sears has apparently quit making the model I have had for years or I would just get another one. Now ...

Went to netrition today to place a new order for Carbquick and found the 1# bag is now discontinued. They still have the 3# and I think a 5# box, but maybe only until they're sold out? What do you have to add to Carbalose to mimic Carbquick cup for cup?
