Hi John, at 500RPM the charge rate is 3-5 A. At WOT your engine charges at 25A. My best advise would be if you are attempting to diagonise a battery charging problem is to get yourself a genine service manual and it
outlines the test procedure very well. Cheers, Huey.

I don't know about the Icon shifter as I have never seen one. I'm sure that I have seen different clip on bezels for the I-command gauges that are in chrome & white as well as the standard black. DaveH

Hi there OBOW, Great to have you onboard.
First things first. Can you take a picture of your boat from the rear with the motors down so we can have a look at the height of your motors on the transom. Often motors are set too low which adds significant drag, reduces speed & can cause handling problems. If they are too low it can also reduce RPM so it is better if they can be raised so the ...

Hi Dennis, all you will need is 5006182 and you can reuse the cables and harness if you choose, but if it was me and you are confident replace the control cables too and fit the newer / much better HE ones. Would onyl about $150 to the bill and if they ar the orginal control cables time for an upgade too. Cheers,
Huey.

docking it just shows the backs of the cowls up? wierd cool video though

Hi, I would
want some more info and get a history report from him and post here and we can see if anything pops up. The only EMM failures we have had are on I-3 engines and one was on a boat that had sunk and one was fitted elsewhere with wing nuts. In total we have replaced 3 EMM on the 75HP/90HP and that is it. They are reliable, but computers can go at anytime, but some more info would help so...

Hi Duke,
5400-5600 is ideal for your engine. I like to be towards the upper end of that range so you are good to go with that prop. Cheers, Huey.

Hi Mick, I have the same engine as you, and the optimum rpm range for our engines is
5600-5750 with a normal load. If you are hitting 6200 that would seem a little high IMO. Yes lugging would be when the engine is not able to reach optimum rpm at WOT. You on the other hand seem to be close to the rev limiter and running at that rpm could also reduce engine life. If however you spend most of your ...
