this is what my buddie did to get his flow on point gather as many songs as you can that exhibit different flows.. for example, crazy in love by eminem is fast paced throughout.. take renegade by eminem.. and such.. take their lyrics.. and make your own template with the same rhyme scheme.. and rhyme that and see how close you get it to the original song.. tahts how almost e1 trains ...
