Work on your driving. A 150 hp Cavalier should not have a remote possibility of keeping up with a WRX without some form of forced induction. Those cars run like 17s in the 1/4 mile all day long.

I have the Pilot Sport A/S+'s... They're decent in all categories. They're sticky enough in the summer for most, but they're not sticky enough for me. I am able to lose pretty severe traction at the drag strip, but then again I'm still able to pull off 1.9 and 1.8 60fts. I am using them in the colorado winters right now and they're not too bad at all for all seasons. But I'm going to be switching to dedicated...

"Tuning" is much easier than you think. If you just flash a stage I map it will be about the same as doing all that exhaust work without a tune. Doing the UP and TBE with a stage II map is where you want to be (no MBC needed). OPENSOURCE TUNING: Your questions answered here!!! RomRaider + Tactrix

Running gear usually refers to the chassis on cars. To figure out the price of a conversion like that, price out a bumper, rad support, beam, two headlamps, two fenders, a hood plus scoop, all the clips you'll need, and figure out also how to wire up the lamps. It'll come out to a number with more zeros in it than one might hope.

I don't own either, but just based on the styling of the two, I like the hatch better. I've only owned two cars, and both have been hatches. There is just soo much room that the practicality is always there. I never really liked the way the rear of the 08+ models looked but that's just me.

In your owner's manual the specifications for each fluid are listed. Follow those specifications and the maintenance intervals indicated. If the oil you used meets those specs then the source of its base oil or additive package don't matter.

Annoying observations after almost a year 10 months of having this car, wondering if anyone else has noticed the same things? Mine's an 09 wrx, premium package. - The spun rod bearing stuff sucked. It's not dependent on the base as much as the state. Even here in Japan they don't allow tint on the front windows but people still do it. Florida doesn't allow it, but people still do it. You still have to go through basic and tech school, so I would worry more about whether or not they are shipping you overseas or not for your first duty station. Air Force, Army, Marines, or Navy?
