I have yet to find a "perfect" affiliate manager system. I have my product in clickbank due to the large affiliate database, but the, customer blinks wrong, return policy is just insane. My one experience with the ticket system indicates to me it's a sham and cb is just trying to pacify the vendors who complain. Now, that is my only experience with it so other experiences may vary. I dont think its an easy task to setup a site like Click bank, you will be able to find a script but in maintaining and popularity you will need a big investment.

The pages which the ads are on have to be live and online for them to work.
It is not CB 'slowing you down' or something else.
They need to be live to be able to 'connect' to Cb
