So, I'm playing a Tanker, Willpower / Super Strength. I'm at 18 and enjoying it, he's tough as nails. It's fun. However, it seems like I miss four out of five times when I attack even level LT's and Bosses. Does this go away as a I level, or will I have to invest in a lot of +ToHit enhancements?
