Hey everyone. I know I've been gone. My injury is feeling much better and on Sunday, I'm going hit up the gym again. Oddly, my injury feels WAY better since yesterday. Yesterday I was nervous I might have to take another week if that says anything. My diet has stayed good. I will admit I faltered a bit over Thanksgiving break as I was up north visiting my gf and family I haven't seen in 1 1/2 months. Not an excuse. I did keep it...

weighing scales will be gaining dust in the corner, been there before chasing pounds and ounces...led me down a dark path to obesity thinking pounds = prizes lol.
focus is soley on bringing up the back and other areas...here's my devised workout plan
So far:

Ok, yesterday was an off day so I tried to watch the carbs.
Breakfast (7am)- 4 eggs (one yolk)
About 10 am- Full serving of ostrich jerky (10g protein, 1.5 fat, 2 carbs)
1:30pm (lunch)- Hardboiled egg, salad, Turkey wrap
3:30- Banana, protein bar
6:00- Whey shake+ Peanut butter
7:00- Jalapeno Chicken sausage, 1 cup egg whites
10pm- 1 tbsp peanut butter, ostrich...

Glad to see you back in action man, havent seen you in a while now around here. I was pretty much down and out myself for all of 2008 myself, but I have made a charging comeback on the last 4 months, both in strength AND size...
So keep positive and do what you need to do, I guarantee you will get back so much of what you lost and much quicker than you think.

So my diet was perfect today. Actually, more than perfect. I used to drink a diet cola at lunch, but after a lot of research and much arguing with myself, I have decided to cut this out of my diet...for now . I didn't feel good this morning so I ran outside after work for about 22 mins. I'm adding 2 mins every week until I get to 30 mins. I would say I averages 8:30 miles, which is slow ...

if you are looking to lose fat i would increase the cardio to at least 1/2 hour.
as you know it is in your diet. post your stats up again bro.
