I've been doing JS rows, and have been getting better at them, and have noticed my back getting wider, especially when I flex, so the philosophy that your back's the hardest to train doesn't seem to be a factor for me. The meat-and-potatoes is, should I keep doing JS's, or try assisted pullups? I've considered switching between the two.

-You have stashes of protein powder where ever you may be at (home, work, car, even a friends house!) -You eat more in one day than some people do in a week. -EVERYONE calls you when they are moving. -You sleep more than an elderly person. -Your friends tell you that you "Live off of powder" -You hear Monster, you don't think of the energy drink, but a fellow member! I chose not to lift because I felt so bad. I normally push through if it's just a cold or something, but this was horrible. Some type of a throat infection that's resistant to antibiotics. The medicine they gave me actually hurts worse than the sickness. I'm good now, but I think being in decent shape helped some. It went around here at work and some of these folks were really hurting....

Meet The Vitamins Vitamins are crucial to the muscle building process. They assist in the millions of chemical reactions that take place in our body each day, and make it possible for nutrients to be absorbed, digested and metabolized in the body. To the bodybuilder, not only are they vital for maintaining optimal energy levels, they also assist in the crucial recovery process after your...

When the terrorist bombed the world trade center part of their goals was to cripple our economy. So to help prevent that the Fed's cut rates to help keep the economy going. Banks loosened thier lending standards (even lending with no docs). We have spent, I think Trillions of dollars on a war because of 9/11 Fast forward to today...our economy is in big trouble from what started in 9/11...

Typically, I don't watch Womens MMA. I feel that most women lack the power and explosiveness that make a fight dynamic and awe inspiring. However, Ms Carano is punching/kicking machine! Watching her fight the other night was pretty exciting!! She definitely doesn't fight like a girl... (no offense ladies... I know some of you can fight). I'm already a Gina Carano fan for the obvious ...

how much potassium? - 7 new posts

i have been lifting for a while now and my diet is working well for me. However, monday while doing a set of calf raises, my legs cramped up to the point where i couldnt finish. I think this could be due to a lack of potassium in my diet. I eat two large bananas a day as part of a complex carb/lean protein/mono un. fats diet for over 5000 cal a day. If this could indeed be the problem, what ...
