( \(Delynn @ Nov. 18 2009, 4:38 pm\) QUOTE Seems just a wee bit outside Constitutional parameters to me. ?Our government is going to have to decide whether to handle these people as POW's, war criminals, or civilian criminals.....and deal with whatever the fallout brings \(pun intended\). ? The idea of mixing military justice, civilian justice, and supension of habeas corpus is ludicrous. How about we handle them as people, eh? , )

Military trials aren't always held overseas so I'm uncertain where the issue would be. There some analysis around? Added: military tribunals \(or commissions as the alternate title for them\) HAVE been held in the United States....

So i am planning on going backpacking and i really want to take some beer along this time. But carrying a 30 pack of cans just doesn't seem right. All that metal to pack in and pack out. I was thinking of using 2 liter bottles and fill those up. But does is actually keep them fresh and keep them from going flat or on the hiking will it just all become foam!?! What do you guys do? Any ...

Franco has two but uses one. The one that I use is the Featherlight Freedom either with the standard pockets or the Expedition (an extra 5L) Kind of fiddly at first (loads of straps...) but once you get the hang of it they are very comfortable, they move with your back and tend to keep the center of gravity where it should be . Aarn Tate has posted several videos on the NZ site, so anyone ...

While not a hunter I do enjoy my buddies venison when he shares. ( \(boogie @ Nov. 14 2009, 6:42 pm\) QUOTE Amazingly this forum seems just about evenly split down the middle between the liberals and conservatives. I have noticed that most of the time the debates and arguments remain rather civil, and only occasionally do things go overboard or get out of hand. I would also say that I think that we all have a lot more in common with each other than our ...
