F250...Heated 2nd tank-looped fuel return (with a valve to reg. config), Stock fuel filter. warmed fuel line and stock filter. Flat Plate Heat Exchanger just before the filter with a valve that shuts off coolant flow. Since adding the FPHE, my fuel filter light is always on. The idle has gotten really rough and wants to die. my acceleration is really muddied. It falters at about 2000 RPMs ...
