Yes, use it when you think a post might be spam... if you aren't sure, edit the post and click on the toggle for basic editor (so you see bbcode) and make sure there's no hidden images in the post. Most are blatantly obvious. some are tricky. New posts on old threads simply saying thanks in not-so-great english are spammers waiting to happen a lot of the time.

modgzip i her türlü açmanın CPU ya yük getireceğini düşünüyorum. Özellikle sayfa içinde javascript ile çağırılan sponsorlar varsa nedense daha da fazla yük yapıyor.

you may need to add your attachments folder into your htaccess exceptions.
basically, find both where admincp is listed, and add |yourfoldername to the list in the hataccess rules (2 instances)

We all have these in our keywords. post, thread, last post by, etc are all just common words in the templates. I'm pretty sure google is smart enough to realize that these are common 'stop words' and they really don't have much ranking power.
If it did, searching for 'post' should turn up nothing but forums, right? post - Google Search

What is your URL of your sitemap?
Also, you can try to remove all of the .gz files in your vbseo_sitemap/data folder and regenerate, and resubmit to Google to see if this corrects the issue.
