Dear Peggy and Joeychgo, My thanks to each of you for your assistance. Peggy, I fully agree with you about checking out any business' reputation and appreciate the address of the forum where I can do this for a move of my site. Now, not trying to step on any toes, but I'm wondering why you didn't go with one of the top two Joeychgo had check rated. Again, a PM would be fine to avoid any disturbance, if you see fit. When you consider that the mess is of their own making. It's not us that have released a half baked excuse of a beta vB4 style which looks good in Firefox and very poor in IE8. If this had been done professionally then the style would have been almost completed and not tweaked here and there because of member complaints / suggestions on the forum. Richard I would update to the latest version which is 3.8.4 PL1. Many times this will solve the problem.

You can buy vBSEO (vB Search Engine Optimizer) this will help google "see" your forum better and it should make your thread names better for the search engines to locate and index well. Also you can submit your site/forum directly to google for them to look through and you can also submit your forum to free directories.
