That thread has a handful of users experiencing issues that could be the driver, some maybe not, the commonality definitely is the driver, but some people changed drivers and the card still works fine. There are 20 posts in that thread and you think that might affect 4th quarter revenue? we will indeed see. RMA your card.

I cant belive that there are Gayarch fanboys! Unbelievable! No wonder COD WAW was so successful its a straight rip off of COD4 but set in WW2. New setting new skins new maps same everything else. They made some of the worse games with the COD license.

its your graphics card and cpu
you should upgrade to a Phenom II 955 and a Radeon HD 5850 and you will notice the boost
the GTS 250 is OLD, heck its just a renamed 9800 GTX that is also a renamed 8800 GTX (2007)
and you also has a old cpu from 2007, then you have a 24" with 1920x1200 resolution that will make your graphics card scream

I hope someone has the guts (and resources) to sue NVIDIA for their practices in regards to SLI and PhysX. Their selfish behavior has to stop, now.
I wonder what Intel is going to do with Larrabee. Are they going to embrace Hydra or invent something on their own for multi-GPU technology. Because of Larrabee, I think it will be Intel that decides this feud between NVIDIA and Lucid if Lucid...

2- Once I replaced video card with an X300 I have, it stops issue #1 above, but now I have lost LAN and Audio, forcing me to restart to get it back only to loose it again.
