Its a unanimous consensus that both, the Qur'an and the hadith are indispensable without which Islam is incomplete.
Its impossible to interpret the Qur'an & attain right guidance without understanding its implementation in the life of the Prophet (pbuh)
That said,the Hadith should be authentic.
