Big moves in this offseason, so I'll post ****e up occasionally. Let me know what teams you want news from as well, so I know what to get. Former Twins star Hunter agrees to 5-year contract with Angels ANAHEIM, Calif. -- Outfielder Torii Hunter and the Los Angeles Angels reached a preliminary agreement Wednesday night on a five-year contract thought to be worth $90 million...

Well, it's over. Time for a new thread for the upcoming season but before we do that..... What was your favorite moment of the past season? (Feel free to list more than one if you like). We'll kick it off with this for Julian and Big C Redskins plan to talk with Giants coordinator Spagnuolo WASHINGTON -- The Washington Redskins , entering the final stage of their coaching ...

Quote: Its not all fun and games around Machochip today. Sad news from Mexican soccer as Spanish media is circulating reports on the dire state of Club Americas ( Mexican League) Carlos Sanchez. The player suffered a debilitating stroke moments before the team was scheduled to practice yesterday and doctors are unsure about his prognosis. At just 28 years ...

... but it won't come out? I hate that. I've been sick for a few days, and every time I feel my sneeze creeping up, I tilt my head back and look into some sort of light. 5 times today, I've done that and my sneeze didn't come out, so my eyes got all watery. Ever happen to you?

I love cake making , I enjoyed doing different designs on cakes.. Biscuits, are quite good, but I can see cakes as more fun to eat than biscuits.

I got this idea from this thread , where people were arguing about the best athlete ever. Who do you think is the best athlete ever? Nominate your athletes and i'll make a poll. ---------------- Personally i nominate the greatest cycler of all time (no it's not armstrong): Eddy Merckx. In contrast to Armstrong (who basically only participated in the tour and dauphine) Merckx cycled ...

Just throwing it out there to see what people think. You've got Stam, Bruce, Pally, Johnson, David May! along with others. I've only done it in Sir Alex's time because that is what I have grown up on, would be unfair for me to discuss further (Others obviously can who have seen further back then that). Over the last three years he has really grown as a player and as a person off the ...

Well, not only do we need a win after the draw in Kiev but also a reaction after the Hull game. I don't think we will lack commitment this time cos its not something that Wenger will accept. He already said so, there will be changes on tuesday. Id expect one of Toure or Gallas (if not both) to make way for Djourou or Silvestre. The joke isnt funny anymore: Quote:...

I can't wait for this,City will be up for this especially their new players. I hope we don't sit back like we tend to do against good teams away from home. I know this thread should have been started after the european tie but after quite some time I am actually looking forward to the league game more than the european tie for reasons I will not state here in fear that I will jinx it.
