I actually phoned them this morning; I let my passive-aggressive side win, I am sad to say. In the mail today, however, was a card to Li'l from my mom. It's like an early Christmas miracle, as it was only 10 days late. So I feel like a shit.

It's just a standard sales pitch for something - except the video cuts off before we get to see what exactly they were selling to the vulnerable and gullible in the audience, but I'm willing to bet half of them handed over a fortune for a tiny bottle of whatever it was (H2O with energy at C30 levels (whatever that means) I suppose). Honestly, if you follow the directions on the bird, it won't dry out. But if you want something seriously good, and really not that complicated (just requires a little advance work), Alton Brown's recipe is what I've been doing the past several years, except I stuff my bird rather than use the aromatics.
