15000 requests per month is not a lot. Just count how many pageviews you have during one month. If you have Google Analytics, you can easily tell. My board has about 6000 users (mostly passive) and I have 80k pageviews a month. Sites like phpBB.com have millions.

If you mean the Changed Files Only package, I just looked and cannot find it either. Looks like they've remodeled the downloads page a bit. I will keep looking though and post back if I find it.

I am not looking a MOD here. I can do it myself, i just cant remember which files i edited the last time i did it. What i did was replaced ICQ with another program. As i said i am not looking a mod, all i need is the know what file names i need to edit to do this. Thank you

Correct. The GPL v2 covers that if the code is redistributed 1) the original author's copyright must be left intact, and 2) it must similarly be released under the GPL license or another compatible license (and a few various other things). How did you move the update files into place? Through FTP or with the installer? I am not sure how it could happen, but check the permissions of the files in the adm/ directory. They should be readable.

This sounds like a very good idea. The mini kb mod that for long have been the only option lacks alot of stuff imo. A alternative to using mediawiki etc would be great. Good luck
