I think most people bought the base model because that's all they could afford... and then they came up with thoughts like "light-weight" and "lower center of gravity" to make themselves feel better... <jokes>

I'm guessing fuel induction services would be an every 50,000 mile ordeal. I cracked my head off my IS at about 93,000 miles. It was STUPID clean in there with an entire life of premium fuel, aggressive driving and proper run cycles (no 3 mile trips in the cold) Lextasy23 said the same thing about his car at 198,000 miles. Its not as big of a concern any more with direct injection and modern materials as you would think.

It's the Lexus model library. It has the list of all the options from 2002-2005. Just select the year you want to view in the window box provided up top. Very helpful site......
