All,
A potential conflict will arise as Iraq increases production with OPEC. Unfortunately, Iraq needs oil revenue to rebuild their shattered infastructure and economy; but, Iraq cannot exceed the limits placed by OPEC. We will have to wait and see how this is resolved.
