ice baths do any of you guys use ice baths after a hard session? what's the optimal amount of time and temperature for the best recovery?

getting rid of gyno w/out surgery I've heard guys have had success with letro /nolva. But does this mainly remedy on-cycle gyno? What about a minor case of gyno from puberty? Will the combo work then as well?

Received shipment of hgh and had blood test.... The only problem was it took a week to get here meaning it wasn't refrigerated during that time. Its a powder. big lump after subq injection of epo this morning did a shot of epo subq and when i pulled out the needle a big lump came up where i injected. it didnt hurt and it has gone down since but can still see a little lump there. just wondered if u guys knew what happened to cause this as i was very worried when it happened. thanks

gyno issue well, like a dumby I stopped taking my nolva during my cycle. I always take nolva, don't ask why I stopped. So I developed a case of gyno. Got back on my nolva 40mg PD and some adex.
