Yes, I walk 7 days a week on the treadmill, plus wear a pedometer so that I can track steps for all of the steps that I do during the rest of the day!
TOTAL STEPS (Yesterday) - 7876

Well, gang, I walked 3 times last week, so this week I will go for 2-3

Kathy, tell me that is withOUT insurance and you didn't have to pay THAT MUCH on your own! I do remember Larry going to the foot dr. once and dr. gave him a script. When we went to pick it up it was $100 WITH ins. And the dr. couldn't guarrantee him it would work, or if it did the condition might come back. Needless to say we didn't get it.
