I belonged to a medieval living history group for a long time. What's the one thing that i always took with me - winter spring summer fall? My sheepskin blanket - sewn by my little hands - 6 sheepskins big. It was handy in november when steve and i somehow forgot the sleeping bags - we slept under it with our long underwear on and we got too warm - it was below freezing outside. It was handy in summer when it was 90+ degrees outside and...

Tramadol's unique because it's both an opiate and an SNRI. It's tough finding painkillers for fibro since NSAIDs don't really work (at least at doses that won't fry your liver), and opiates don't work too well either. The best bet is something like Cymbalta or another treatment for neuropathic pain. However, when it comes down to bad pain, the opiates are the way to go.

I don't have MG, but its in the severity family as CIDP, and it happens to be my doctor's specality disease so I know a bit about it.
From what I understand, MG itself doesn't cause pain, but all of the muscle weakness that comes with the disease causes body pain. Does that sound right or possible given what you know about the disease/yourself? _________________ cidp. celiac. hashimotos. ...

*HUGE HUGS* I know about toxic relatives (my grandparents), and I'm sorry to say it sounds like your papa is one of these people. About the only thing that can be done is to get as far away from them as you can. If it can't be done physically, you can do it mentally.

Hooooooo, W.T. entire misbegotten F.???!! She "came down with Ehlers-Danlos" and it's about drug addiction making her imagine pain?? I'm...impossibly stymied by the site censor on this one. This episode isn't listed on A & E's website yet. Got a feeling I know where we'll all be when this thing airs, though.

I've always heard that the "holidays"- often meaning thanksgiving, Christmas or whatever religion, etc. and obviously- winter, are often very "tough" for certain groups of people. The groups can be those who are single, sick, feeling alone, or suffer with depression. Concurrently, I know I have some version of seasonal affective disorder. Are there many here who start struggleing a bit more ...
