This was on the sci fi channel on monday (animonday) and its a bit out of the norm in regard to a mech oriented series but my got the art is just great in places. And its humourous. Wondered if anyone else had stumbled on it.

So the Nikon D90 is the first DSLR (according to the youtube video below) to offer video on a DSLR. I don't want this thread to turn into a my Nikons better than your Canon or vise versa but i'm curious to see what others think of the idea of video on a DSLR, would it interest you, are you happy to pay for the luxury, should the two worlds of video and still photography collide, would you ...

Something strange that happened on Friday night. I didn't really get to think about it until now because I went out yesterday just got home now I just dismissed it. But looking at it now, I just can't find any explaination. I've never had something I would call 'paranormal' happen to me before, so I don't know if any of you have heard of something like this. Hopefully somebody can shed some ...

Hi all, Launched my fashion label a little while ago. Talk about a steep learning curve but there's finally some money coming into my account which is a great novelty! It's definately time to set up a business banking account and I'll probably be looking for a small loan in a few months of 10-15,000. Normally I would just go with AIB as I currently bank with them (and it's also the ...

Every day over the last week has just become more and more unbelievable, but this beats all. The Bush administration on Saturday formally proposed a vast bailout of the United States financial system, requesting unfettered authority for the Treasury Department to buy up to $700 billion in mortgage-related assets from financial institutions based in the United States. The proposal, ...

Hi I was listing to Radio 1 the other day and they were on about VRT on line system about cars, they were bascially saying that the Revenue are over pricing cars and that you can get a refund as the open market price of 2nd hand cars has fallen so much over the past 4 months. I have just bought a 2007 C200 Merc from UK with 9k miles for 24k and if I include VRT quote on the Web it comes in...

So, due to the other thread having run to over 3000 posts and having got pretty confusing, it seems like the consensus is to start a new thread for the same game. The game is as follows: 1. You can change, add or remove one letter from the previous word to make a new word. You can't shuffle the letters of the word arround or remove a letter and add another in a different location. 2. ...

Well it's that time of year again! The Leinster / Munster derby game. Should be an absolute cracker!! Both teams on good form, the only two unbeaten teams left in the competition and Munster topping the table with 3 from 3 and 2 bonus point wins and Leinster with 2 from 3 including a whopping bonus point win over Edinburgh and gritty draw with Cardiff. The pro's of both teams this ... | |
