My wife's Mega Wrist Roller arrived today. I must say that it is a well made device of ingenious design. Now I have to wrap it up and put it under the Christmas tree. I can just see her excited face on Christmas morning when she opens it....

My first Weider dumbells had the kettlebell handles but I never did swinging exercises because i was afraid that the collars would come off and hurl the plates through my bedroom wall!

There is an irony I suppose, but at the end of the day Shen allows doubters, eclectic trainers and everyone else the luxury of coming here to speak their mind
on a variety of subjects. Some people do it in a fairly respectful manner and some don't.
