I've discussed the Kiva concept here already. Pls read that post. The point of Preneuraholics Unite is to do something entirely different. Peer to peer lending is already being done by several different organizations. With that concept it still relies heavily on good credit scores. Preneuraholics Unite wants to be open to folks that may not qualify for loans. That's one of the main draws. There is a need for this type of help. I say...

Definitely do not give any design work to freelancers from India.. I've been ripped off probably 3 times from that junk in the past. Find a reputable US freelancer or a company. One company I like to use is PixelCrayons.com. They're indian but they have a U.S. office. I get all of my css/xhtml coding done there.

And how would you manage this partnership online? is this an ebay business? if not do you know the legal fees that you will need to pay for a partnership, and the cost of getting a professional looking, secure, ecommerce website?. AT LEAST 5k, and thats just the tip of the iceberg. I dont mean to shoot you down, but go into this with your eyes open.

you will be able to possibly get a loan on prosper quite easily, especially if you ahve an allright personal credit rating. you might get a $1k loan at say 20% for 12 months which would be better for you i think

We are getting ready to test the new website prior to launch. Stay tuned.
In the meantime...
The concept for this new funding source is revealed in the blog below. Take a look and tell me your thoughts.
This concept takes peer to peer lending and turns it upside down.
It's time for change! It's time to stop relying on old methods and shake things up! We need to come together ...

If you feel you have a solution to make the business then I say go for it. Something to consider is that there is probably some good reasons as to why the business is performing poorly. For example, bad location, competition, etc.

From what I understand businesses are required to provide healthcare options to their employees but only if their payroll is $500k a year or more. I feel that is fair and reasonable.
As far as cosmetic surgery goes, if it's a luxury item which I consider cosmetic surgery to be, then it should have a luxury tax. It's not as if the government is banning it.

Based on your description, IMO they are ICs. It has nothing to do with whether or not the individual might get injured on your premises. It has everything to do with the fact that you don't mandate work hours, don't pay an annual salary, and have workers use their own supplies.

hii, as a person with kids in the family, i think your product is interesting and your site is fine..i think the price is reasonable and the offer is compelling
...one bit of feedback is that, in our family at least, the decision maker would be the child's mother, so from a promotional perspective, you'd probably want to align your brand with things relevant to moms...

I don't but I am thinking about adding forum social networking features to two of my sites. My web host has a system that makes it easy to install scripts so I will probably go down the opensource route for now. However, I think Vbulletin works out at about $100 a year for a hosted solution.

I think in some cases it is neccesary. Depends on the industry or chosen field. In my case it doesnt really apply. I had experience in the IT industry but in a completely different field then my chosen business. So I had no direct experience when starting it. Innovative ideas can apply to existing product solutions. I guess it just depends on your knowledge and ability to adapt and take ...
