I would think she would take over mothering them? I know my parents have a poodle that is fixed but when Abbey has puppies she always helps clean them up when they get older. They are so funny to watch! Sisters caring for the babies! But I would wait to hear from someone with more exp. I know you can always bottle feed the puppies. I hope it all works out and the puppies are ok

it will eventually pass. My puppy did that a lot in the beginning. He still does it once a while but not as much though. The funny thing is that when he howled, he sounded like a bird. My neighbors actually thought I had a bird.

Who is the most important in your kennels a great male or several great females ?I have always been told that you need a great male first and foremost but i have also heard the females are the most important
so when you are striving for better ...

Bleeding and breeding My girl is in the stage of bleeding. It has not changed to pinkish discharge yet. I was wondering what the best day to pick up the male would be. I have spoken to the owner of the male I will be using and she figures to wait a few days yet. How long do they bleed before they are ready to accept a male? This would be my first time breeding her so I am looking...

Your kidding right? A yorkie does not mean you are gay. The yorkies are a very loving and loyal dogs and who cares what your friends think. He's gonna grow up and get bigger. How big depends on how big his parents were. You just need to keep and eye on him and your larger dog, you don't want to have any accidents. Keep your baby and enjoy him.
