So everyone should take a pay cut to save some jobs? I don't know that you could convince every everyone in the company to agree to a paycut to save some
jobs..... And unless everyone agreed, I would imagine there would be some serious legal issues in cutting people's pay. And as Whig already pointed out,
it would only be short-term anyway. And I think it would be a hard sell for management...
