My compilation of various experts (please add if you have others): Oil > $140 barrel - occured last week BKX index close < 60 - occured last Friday<br /> S&P closes under March lows < 1275 - looks like today Google closes < $525/share - may happen today (Tech factor) Vix rising toward 30 (over 25 as of now & rising) Be ready - keep your powder dry - but use sparingly...

If you are PFE or another large suitor, it would make sense to make a bid now before the stock runs up big in late Sept, after SVNT files the US BLA and receives priority review. When that occurs, SVNT will get additional positive analyst coverage and be considered a very ripe takeover candidate. Again, IMO the early aggressive suitor will get Pegloticase. IMO Pegloticase's potential use in the huge cardiovascular mkt is what will eventually make PFE pull the trigger on SVNT. PFE already knows Pegloticase will get approved for the orphan indication based on robust P3 & OLE results and should also eventually be able to expand the label into the tophi, flare, tender & swollen joint and Elitek's mkt, based on the robust data we have thus far. ...

BUD will soon be takenout by InBev due to the higher offer price. SVNT IMO is in the same situation. When the price is right we'll have an announcement. That day is near.

According to Nasdaq's StockConsultant, SVNT is about to have a major breakout move on the upside. They state: "Watch for possible breakout above 27.28, no resistance in area just above. It will most likely sell-off again in the PM, DOW could challenge 11,000 imo (if not this PM, soon - watch for the golden short "gap down" moment - & watch GOOG & APPL for the sign imo - the last to go & will bring down Tech).
