you should not use your name when you post information like this; I would suggest that you delete the post. Your problem could just be hormonal. If you have access to acupuncture, a few treatments could regulate you if that is all that it is.

I would get serum TSH, Free T3, Free T4, A.M. Cortisol, and Ferritin labs done. A few of your symptoms sound like they could be from low thyroid/cortisol. Your hair loss could be from low thyroid and/or low ferritin. It is important for you to have a normal B12 level, which should be above 900- but you probably wouldn't notice any symptoms unless it got down below maybe 600.
