It's still entirely possible that Christian could remain on ECW until the next draft. The idea of Christian switching brands is just wishful thinking on the part of the fans. In all honesty, Christian could still squeeze in another ECW Championship reign. He doesn't need to, but it's possible that he could just stay on ECW and feud with William Regal. If he does leave before the draft, maybe they could do something similar to...

I don't think it really matter at this point what they get. It's basically been the same rating week after week now. I remember a time it got as high as 1.6 about a year ago now it stays pretty much the same. If they want a 1.5 again they should put Hogan on their show like Impact or better yet they could just put Mark Henry back on and he'd pull the same ratings as Hogan.

Well, firstly, technically Platinum is worth more than Gold in the current market =P by actually almost 50%. Anyway, aside from that, the ECW belt is probably the most defended belt across the three brands right now. Or at the very least, its champion gets contested whether it be a title match or not almost every week. It appears to be intangible to the majority of the brand, save maybe Mr. Regal, but even he has a problem with it, and...

Sadly, Kozlov and Jackson seem to be the only tag team on ECW. This whole Talent Inititiative thing could really do with some tag teams introduced in it, and looking at the tag team division in FCW there isn't even that many there either.

That match dosen't interest me one bit considering Koz and Zeke lost to Dreamer and Goldust a few weeks back on ecw. I'm completely bored and not linking Koz and Zeke. I would have rather seen a ecw championship match or a singles match headline the show.

Zack Ryder and Rosa Mendes will end up being a couple. There's nothing else for Mendes to do on ECW as she is the only Diva who isn't a GM or ring announcer. It'll be good for Ryder and it'll be nice to see Mendes doing something that doesn't involve following Beth Phoenix around.

He would've most certainly had a run with the ECW Title. I'm not basing it based on that commercial that aired of him with the belt, but it was bound to happen. The guy got over very quickly, and the ECW Title would've been perfect for him.
All in all, I think he should've stayed on ECW. He was booked a lot better, and given more leniance in his matches (I suppose that falls under the ...

Its a rather tough question in my opinion. I like ECW for the fact that it creates new talent. For Example, Yoshi Tatsu a great competitor and maybe a future ECW champion!
But, if a main eventer moved to ECW it really could be big. I doubt Cena and Taker would work But maybe HHH would. Personally ECW would be massive if Van Dam or someone came back.

While I don't think the ECW Championship should be treated as or viewed as a world title because the way its been has used to develop new talent has been working great, I think making the belt gold would help make it look more important. ECW is a development brand, I doubt the WWE thinks any more of it than that. They won't give it near as much attention as SD! or RAW, but the show is still great and worth watching.

I guess that isn't really a bad thing then. Eventually Christian will be moved to either RAW or SD so before he leaves, it's only gonna be a good thing for the ECW title as it gives it some prestige.
