Could be a bug in Firefox. Could also be your printer driver. You can look on the HP web site for an updated driver and try that. Or just use IE if it does not bother you.

Don't know if this will help but your attatchment mentions problems with DNS server.
If this is Internet Explorer try clicking tools>internet options>connections>lan settings and remove any check marks.
Restart IE and see if that works.
If Firefox click tools>options>advanced>network>connection settings and check no proxy.

I believe b.exe is a virus. Try reinstalling Malwarebytes. Also install Hijack this and post a log file. I would also download, update and run Adaware and Spybot, free versions. Don't run at the same time.

Do you have a PS2 mouse and keyboard in the house? If so shut the computer off and connect those. Then reboot and uninstall all of the old mouse and keyboard software. Reboot and install the new. After you get it installed correctly. Shut down again and unplug the PS2 mouse and keyboard and reboot.

Was anything found by Spybot? Odd for the program to say reboot for protection to be enabled after a scan. Usually its reboot to finish removing something after a scan or reboot to finish installing definitions. Look in the log if you cant remember if anything was found or not.
edited: didnt see anything in the log,few minor items, nothing to worry about there.
