I watched this video last night and found it fascinating The idea was to make each car in the US a combo wifi repeater..... so that each car sends and receives data but also relays other's data as well. This would create one huge shore to shore free wifi network such that the economic implications would be enormous. How feasible is all this? And can one easily create a mesh ...

Client thinks of doing some work to the home network and if any augments and/or upgrades were to take place, this would be the time. My initial searches online donm't turn up much about this model, anybody know if it is a good candidate for replacement? TBerk

Looking at contract options for my daughter. We have a few handsets arround so a sim only would be accepted. Problem is, dad will end up paying the bill. I am wondering if any of the providers will allow the inclusive texts and minutes but not allow any chargeable calls? I have found an offer on the vodaphone site for 1000 monthly texts and, I think, 150 minutes, for £15 a month....

Hello, I have a telephone number with Virgin Media. I'm planning to move to another town very soon which has a different area code, but my number is very important to me. I have it printed on business cards, head letters, the number is in directories etc. I'm worried that when I move Virgin won't allow me using my existing number. I have a SIM card reader, which came with software called SIM Secretary, which is rather basic and just wondered if there is any good, free software out there to allow me to manipulate the SIM card contents... Thanks in advance.
