Remember Shan is a car thief, so Shan can be somebody else drive around tell people he's from another city. Shan could be two different people at once he can say he's a soldier or general working for Shan or that he himself is looking for Shan when he's really Shan. It's all fun to him because he's 37 years old & more street smart than most of the people he's trying to run game on.

I would also like to add, I'm not against law enforcement or the Justice department. If someone is setting up someone or a group of people that's selling drugs than that's the risk they take. My problem is the innocent people that's entrapped, set-up & placed under the microscope based on an informants word. Law enforcement don't really set-up innocent people. I'm not starting a stop snitching campaign. I'm saying, there should be more oversight and tighter standards on the use of confidential informants in law enforcement, especially in regard to drug law enforcement.
