Presumably it has a newer processor that isn't just faster, but consumes less power (or has better power saving abilities). The 9700 battery is really something else. Okay, not like the early BlackBerry devices that lasted 7-10 days - but easily good for 2-3 days.

did u get it from a store or online theres the sales of goods act that allow 7-14 depends what network it is not sure what one that has teh percific time span then there the 28 days for like faulty handsets but since its over 4 weeks i dont see how they will give you a different handset all i can say is give them a ring and explain that your are happy with the tarrif and network just the handset ...

You should not publish your IMEI number and unlocking a phone for free depends on the make and model. If you search the forum using the search option and your unlock is available for free it will be mentioned somewhere.

It's not really a tablet is it? More a touch screen with keypad. I'm curious what kind of support it'll have. Nokia's been wedded to symbian for so long and there's not a huge mobile linux following.

There seems to be a loophole protecting buyers and not the sellers.
I've seen somewhere that paypal hold onto the payment till the buyer is satified and if they're not they get to keep the item and they give them their money back.
So you lose the payment as it's refunded back to the buyer and lose the item.
Then of course you're still liable for paypal, ebay listing fees and the ...

The Aino comes with a Facebook client and it also supports Active Sync (contacts, email, calendar), SyncML (contacts, calendar) and push email with IMAP (Gmail). You also get PC synchronisation and an iSync plug-in.
The W995 doesn't have ActiveSync or the FB client but everything else. It also has the 3.5mm headphone jack and pop-out stand, while the Aino has the bigger (touch in media mode)...

Dare I say it but Spurs are looking a real force for next season with some of the signings they've made!
Bentley, Modric, Dos Santos, Gomes and Bostock - don't know much about the last two - and bids in for Capel and may be Pavlyuchenko.
They look like better players than they bought last summer anyway.
