Hello Everyone,
It has been a while. This elephant was taken out of a photo from our last week's zoo trip. I boosted the saturation, and then ran the layer through the watercolor filter. The background was created using several “smudge” brushes downloaded from the web. I then took and added a light source from the upper right and added a lens flare in the center. I ...

Not sure about this, but there are some artists who love Pentels. I personally find them very hard to work with, won't layer and blend like I want. I do know that they are also a student grade OP. Hopefully some of the Pentel users will stop by here and give you a fair assessment.

Happy November all!!! I love this time of the year with all the holidays coming up. Our weather is usually great but a little windy at times. Living in the desert in the fall means the heat comes on in the mornings to warm the house and by late afternoon we have to run the a/c as it gets into the upper 80's.
