I know we don't always agree about wrestling but that just seems meaningless around this time of year. I've been posting here since 2003 and this is by far my favorite wrestling forum to post on. Depending on what you celebrate I just wanted to wish all of you a Merry Christmas/Happy Holidays.

TNA has had Russo for years. If they didn't let him have his full vision before Hogan, what makes people think he'll get that after Hogan comes in? Especially when Hogan has been all over the place about writers, and saying they simply "have their place" in the product.

I'll def be recording both shows but I think I'll stay tuned to TNA more than RAW. Hart hosting the show is big for people who already watch wrestling, but hopefully TNA can garner more casual viewers with Hulk Hogan. Bret going back to RAW isn't exactly mainstream news as much as Hogan going to TNA was (mostly due to the fact that he was promoting it simultaneously w/ his book, but nevertheless received MUCH more exposure).

I think it's quite funny how all the WWE marks and dirtsheet writers have portrayed each of the two moves; 1) Hogan joining TNA. & 2) Bret joining WWE. The reaction to scenario 1) from most of the smarks has been Hogan will destroy TNA, this is WCW all over again, it will be a disaster for the company, there will be a creative clash between Hogan and the writers, Hogan will just become another guy due to poor writing, etc. Whilst...

I agree they need a new set for iMPACT!
This one has been around a year, and it's already old. And plus, it's their new beginning. They need something more complex. They should redesign the
whole iMPACT! Zone. If they're going to still use it, may as well make it more eye appealing.
I think they should also bring Don West back. Mike Tenay, Taz and Don West. It'd make things interesting.

Agreed 100%. Even with Bret Hart coming back the WWE is still going to continue the PG era. TNA should take advantage of that and really push things. The WWE
is getting too gimmicky and too lame with crap like DX and Hornswoggle. TNA needs to use more reality storylines, push new wrestlers. I agree with you
completely that they need to rebuild the X-Division.

watch it, but i have a giftcard...
I will give my thoughts on Wed. The thing is I would not watch this movie if it was ANYONE but James Cameron - the man that brought Titanic (I dont care what

Terrible idea in my opinion. Jim Ross isn't that great in my opinion. Plus he's in bad health and getting old. Mike Tenay is better, and that's not
saying much. I wish they would bring back Don West and have a three person announce team.

Just because they're from ROH, doesn't mean they're shitty.
Desmond Wolfe, AJ Styles, Samoa Joe, Alex Shelley, Chris Sabin, CM Punk....the list of ROH talent goes on.
I'm sure Russo will give them good characters.

I like the Jarrett/Foley stuff. I liked the fact that they got Jarrett to "go talk with Dixie" to beg for his job back and went to confront Kurt
Angle to say he was sorry for %%$%*!# his ex-wife.
Reality in wrestling= AWESOME. Loved the ending with Desmond Wolfe and Daniels attacking AJ and Kurt.
