( You should be able to drink. You should not be able to CHUG however. In the past when i was drinking something cold, I can feel it funneling through. It's an odd sensation. But it does pour right through. But I've never been so tight that I had to sip. I would say that is not healthy unless you are just out of surgery and that is not your case. But I'm not a MD this is just my humble opinion. ,)

I packed 20 oz of water and 16 oz of V-8 Fusion Light, as well as a Chocolite bar and a protein brownie, just in case we get stuck somewhere and I need something quick & proteinish. I already had 20 oz of water and my morning vitamins, the rest of my vites for...

( I am soooo sorry you have this...follow the doctors orders and go back to the ER if you don't start to get better by tomorrow. Most people are kicking this thing and feeling better in 3 to 5 days.
As for size, probably not, but what could be a factor is the fact that you are not eating near as much, and have lost some of you immunity do to a lack in vitamins. You may want to try a liquid ...

HI, Welcome to the site.
Fibro feels like you have the worst flu like pain in your arms and neck (mostly) That is the best way to explain it to someone. That is when the condition is "full blown" and not hiding anymore. The first time I noticed anything, my arms felt like I pulled muscles in the shoulder area. Then I felt nerves tingling and muscles twitches (some don't have all the ...

( Throwing up 5 out of 7 days is too much - especially at 7 weeks out. If you chew like mad and eat slowly...there might be another issue such as a stricture going on. See your Dr. You can't live on refried beans forever.
Good Luck! ,)

I have a question and a comment for you, Kay.
First the question: Did you have a Scopinaro BPD or a duodenal switch? Elsewhere you have said you are ten years out from a BPD. Please clarify.
Now the comment: This is your first ever post on this forum, and it is a self advertisement. There's a nice core of folks here, among which I would like to include myself, who pay it forward ...
