Tired = Unhealthy Eating?

First of all (((((HUGS))))). When you are really busy (in my opinion) planning is especially essential. You have to make time to plan your meals and pack a lunch. Maybe cook on your off days and freeze meals ahead of time. If you don't plan it is easy to make not so good decisions. This is just my opinion. I wish you the very best!

TGIF!
I have to go in to work an hour early again today. I don't mind since Christmas is coming, I can use the money.
I fell on my face yesterday and used 11 of my WPA. Blame it on Hershey's Kisses in a bowl on my desk:)
I'm not going to let that happen today.
Everyone have a good day. I'll try to check in later.

Hi everyone! Sorry I didn't have a chance to post yesterday. I'm doing really well with my tracking. I'm still having a piece or two of Halloween candy every day, but I'm JUST having the one or two, and I am counting it as part of my points for the day. Last week I was pigging out on handfuls of candy and coudn't stop! This definitely feels better!

We are doing this. We have back the mojo; we are on Mary's wagon. We feel pretty. We are thinking thin; we are making good choices; we rock. Lee, good job on that run and then making the chili and muffins. Do the people with whom you live share in eating those things with you?...
