i never used vista. I have Windows 7 on my laptop, but it came with it. When I was reading up about it, I did read there were some issues when upgrading from Vista. I'm not very tech savy though so the only difference I notice is the icons at the bottom like a Mac instead of on the desktop. It makes it easier when switching between programs.

Lindarx - Kudos to you for being a runner. I am not a big exerciser and I envy the people who love it. My post was to the original poster, who is new at the WW thing. And it's quite common when you are first attempting to lose weight to feel both guilt and shame when you have eaten more than your diet program tells you to. Been there, done that, myself. In my past attempts at weight loss, I would let myself get into a perfectionist mode...

My kids have a dentist appointment tomorrow with a brand new dentist. I am working all night, then have to run home & go to sleep, because I have to be at school by 2 tomorrow, then I don't get home until 9:45, and will have to work another overnight. I want to reschedule this appointment so I can at least get a few hours of sleep. I've never cancelled an appointment at the last minute, do dental offices usually dock you...

I hope I can adopt that mentality WEG. I was thinking of giving myself smaller portions of the foods I like, then eating a bite, moving onto something else and really spreading it out so it "feels" like I had more than I did. I never thought I would be analyzing & planning how to eat my Thanksgiving meal like this, but here I am... LOL

Along the lines of not having to be at work is, having days off with my DH just to do stuff -- have lunch dates, watch Christmas movies, we cuddle up with the dog. Good times!

Good morning, skinny jeans ladies! I'm back from my OKC trip! Got home last night. 4 days of fun and family and lots of eating!! I'm totally shocked to see my scale has stayed the same! Of course, my WI day will be Friday, and hopefully it will still show I'm maintaining!! I'm already in the negative for points - with SF, we only get the 35 WPAs ...

Big bag of broccoli, can of Campbells Cheddar soup (Healthy Request of course) low fat Town House crackers (1 cup) 1/2 cup reduced fat Velveta. Bake about 25 minutes (cook broccoli first).

Help! Save me from myself! I can't stop eating! I've eaten everything in site tonight. It amazes me how I can totally lose control sometimes. It's usually when I'm really tired, but can't just go to sleep. Tonight is one of those nights! Just a little over three more hours and I am done for the week.
