Ebay was a much better system overall two/three years ago. A clear open market. Now it's so stuck into its own 'changes' it seriously is on the verge of losing ground. The long anticipated arrival of a rival has never happened, but if someone entered the arena with serious money and intentions they would strip eBay of every Power or Top Rated Seller it has. On the subject of feedback, then if you really do feel it would help...

Just something that people may not be aware of. This is the first update since Opera 10 came out and it seems that they update automatically by default. In the past, when I've opened Opera, if an update was available a box would appear saying so and asking if you wanted to get it. Yesterday, having seen that an update had been issued, I opened Opera, but no box. After a little while, I went to Help>Check for Updates and found that...

I have recently checked the sellers feedback and auctions, since I last posted and he has obviously been sellign more pdfs, as there is now some negative feedback from someone else who bought thinking it is a real book. In this event, should I reconsider my decision not to leave feedback, and post some as a warning to other potential victims?

Webuser Forums: Blonde Joke!
Published (2009-11-25 12:50:00)
A blonde woman was speeding down the road in her little red sports car and was pulled over by a woman police officer who was also a blonde. The blonde cop asked to see the blonde driver's license. The driver dug through her purse and was getting progressively more agitated. 'What does it look like?' she asked the policewoman. The policewoman replied, 'It's square and it has your picture on it.' The driver finally...

Hi Steve, I work in the Marketing Department for UK-based ISP Freeola.com, and we've just launched our InstantPro Homepage service. The InstantPro Homepage service is a 1-page website builder that is free with any domain name hosted with us. If the website you'd be looking to re-create with your new host is the www.alternative-angling.com website, then you'd probably be more ...

What are the actual numbers? Each of the four " octets" of an IP address would need to be between 0 and 255 - can you post an example of one you've received?

Tricky as I dare say everyone has their favourites, both Norton 2010 and Kapersky 2010 seem very straight forward but as always what's straight forward to one person might not be to the next.

EBay banned the sale of eBooks a little while ago, and up til then they were a plague in listings. You need to launch a dispute. Look at the item in MY EBAY and see if there is anything in the drop down box - like 'sort out a problem', then follow that. This is clearly a case of Item Not As Described as well as selling a banned item. There should be no issue with getting money back, ...
