Human, it sure would help to have a timeline of all these events. Not that members here haven't tried ... it's just guesswork rather than evidence from LE. I wonder how long Kyle and crew were there after Somer came up to them. It's hard to picture the chain of events without key information. Maybe if I go away for a couple of days, LE will release some information. I'm willing to give it a shot.

I think he just "slipped through the cracks" and quite often at that. He knew the system - was intelligent enough to know WHAT they would be looking at and he figured out how to "talk the talk" to get his sorry subhuman self out.
What I want to know was the "parole violation" in 1993. WHAT DID HE DO????? They gave him 6 months - so what was THAT all about - THEY HAD HIM BACK IN!!!!! ...

I read the CPS review and I see some things 'blacked out'. I realize most of them are names but in regards to their " mental status", that seems to be blacked out too. I wonder why?? One of the officers noted "XXXXXX (blacked out) but not to the point that they can't care for the baby with some assistance" or something along those lines. I wonder what that is??? It's bugging me!

I am sure that the disipline I received as a child would be considered child abuse today. But trust me when I say that a swithc, belt, hot wheel race track or pancake turner worked much better than timeout.
