It depends on the level of support provided, but in general I'd say that $300 for a managed server seems pretty good (assuming it's at least a decent server with a good level of support)

Well over at SitePenguin we offer a plan for $4.99 a month, however we don't offer nearly as much bandwidth. The bandwidth costs alone for a plan that size would be more than the VPS could earn. Considering it is generally $30 - $50 for 1 TB of bandwidth (even on lowend cogent) there is no way they could make a profit unless their customers didn't use more than 10% of what they purchase.

To get double RAM on dedicated servers sounds great IMHO. Exmasters.com offers it as a bonus for using their reliable services. Overall I like when hosting providers offers that for their clientele.

I am going to buy Windows VPS hosting plan = 20Gb space, 200GB bandwidth, 256 - 512 RAM, etc. The reason is that I can't decided on what company to choose: Aspnix.com or Webintellects.com - both looks to be good ones. Can you vote for the company which you consider to be better? I will weigh all the votes and then make my final decision. Thanks...

Webcs.com offers free reboot and reverseDNS panels on their SEO dedicated servers, prices are competitive on them.
You are able to manage your IP sets easily with instant access to reverse DNS setup via their free control panel. Reboot your server at any time and have 24/7 access to their emergency outage pager system as well.

A Knowledgebase will be a very valuable part of your business. It will provide your clients with instant support, as well as considerably ease the load on the amount of support tickets submitted, saving you time and work.
Having video tutorials and a good knowledgebase with as many trouble shooting articles and frequently asked questions as possible will benefit you greatly. I say it's a ...

Green hosts are generally ones who buy "green credits." The green credits they purchase are used to build new wind turbines and support existing ones. In all reality they aren't doing much to make thier company more green. Some claim to be purchasing 110% of what they use, since they aren't really using wind power they aren't really helping the environment.

I write to inform you that I have heard good things about both mentioned companies, but when the discussion is related to windows web hosting services, Aspnix.com will be a right direction to go to. This company delivers only Windows web hosting services, so they know how to keep everything working.
Try to find reviews about them or contact them directly and ask what you will receive exactly.

I've personally enjoyed using LiveZilla, it's open source and updates fairly often. I've also found it to be quite configurable.
