I always use sweetener in my coffee.... I don't drink a lot of coffee while pregnant, on average 1/wk this whole pregnancy. Sometimes more/sometimes less. Anyways, long story short, I just realized that one place I go get coffee uses sweet'n'low, which contains saccharin which is considered either "questionable or not safe during pregnancy". DH has off tomorrow due to the holiday... I gave him a list of meats that we could have, but he hasn't decided yet - we celebrate Shabbat every week, so perhaps I'll make chicken for the 4th ( I can make it early before Shabbat starts and then warm it when we need it). Replying to: Curious.. I don't get dizzy but I often do a "soft shoe shuffle" (that's what my family calls it). I think mine has to do with my bad disks...and 3 surgeries. I legs don't obey any more. I use a walking stick when I go somewhere just for prevention. Sue
