I always use sweetener in my coffee.... I don't drink a lot of coffee while pregnant, on average 1/wk this whole pregnancy. Sometimes more/sometimes less. Anyways, long story short, I just realized that one place I go get coffee uses sweet'n'low, which contains saccharin which is considered either "questionable or not safe during pregnancy". DH has off tomorrow due to the holiday... I gave him a list of meats that we could have, but he hasn't decided yet - we celebrate Shabbat every week, so perhaps I'll make chicken for the 4th ( I can make it early before Shabbat starts and then warm it when we need it).
