Well not necessarily. You will have an employment contract. But yes, you can be fired for any reason in most states. So they can fire you. What you would want to do is actually clean the shit and then call a lawyer. If you don't do the act, you have no case. But if you do the bullshit because someone threatened your job if you did not, then you have a reason to sue.

The cop had his headlights on, just not his sirens and they didn't have a green arrow because the light is switched off for the night (thus the blinking yellows) which probably means they had blinking red or yellow. Regardless, I'm not looking to defend the cop. He obviously had no business speeding that fast without sirens. There are not-horrible cops but, to me, a "good, ethical" cop is one who does not tolerate any misconduct from his fellow officers. As far as I can tell, there are no good, ethical cops. Or if there are, they are drummed out of their jobs lickity-split.
