Ahh yes, I can see that happening. Ouchie. I have a party to go to so I slathered on the makeup to cover this thing up the best I could. Have a great night, all! And I don't want to see any QotP's while I'm gone.

Nifer - Yes, sleep with the hook at your feet/legs. You really can't go wrong. It's wonderful. As for Sleepy Hollow, what's crazy expensive? The set above is about $1500+tax. It's solid wood. Not the cheapest, not the most expensive. I've looked online and saw a few pieces I like, but I figured it may be $$$$! I can't really describe RLP, but mine is in my butt/leg. It shoots down my leg if I try to move....

I have a bunch of photos I've 'borrowed' off the web that I'm using for a blurb project (family photos from facebook for a book for my grandfather). Now I know shutterfly prints 72dpi (web resolution) pics without a huge amount of distortion or problems. How is blurb with low res pics? Has anybody done a book and sent it with the 'low resolution' warnings?

I'm disturbed by the swallowers. No amount of money would make me swallow his jizz. I think I just threw up just thinking about it.

Love that color combo, V! Can't wait to see the finished nursery. Jill, to answer your ice cube Q, yes - Roy would fill the tray up. We rarely use ice, but when we want some, I'd say it's 99% Roy filling it up and making it. I don't think I've ever looked for uniformly shaped ice cubes, lol.

No, I wouldn't. I bet my opinion won't be popular, but I went to the Dominican at 12 weeks and I swore I'd never travel outside Canada and the US pregnant again. I just don't feel like I could trust the medical system and language barrier in a totally emergency situation. Good luck making your decision.

You won't overfeed him...don't worry about that one. Sometimes it's the only (and easiest!) way to comfort a sad or sick baby. So on that front, do what you gotta do, mama! And drink plenty of water! Otherwise, don't be embarrassed. EMS workers are accustomed to calls from worried parents and this is OK. It shows you are concerned and looking out for your LO's best interest. And its ...

Hi, I found everywhere to be quite breastfeeding friendly in Vancouver. If I wanted privacy I would just ask to use a fitting room and they were always happy to accommodate even if the store was busy. They would usually give me the largest fitting room so I could stretch out in. Otherwise, every mall has a great nursing room to use. I like the one at Willowbrook by the food court. I...

I have a Genie Elite II. I really like it. Soooo easy to use with the foot peddle which I recommend. I can't speak to the smell because DD's poops haven't started smelling yet but I've heard it's good for that too. If you're interested you can always wait until they go on sale at BRU because they will at some point!

I am so unbelievably sad to hear the news of Joren's passing. Words can not express my deepest sympathies for all that you and your family have gone through. Although I don't post much, I have been following all of your stories and updates, almost with a denial as I can't imagine going thru this myself. Joren and Faith were both very lucky to have such an amazing and loving family....

Jen, Your strength is so admirable as was Joren's. He will not be forgotten. As soon as I saw your post I said "oh no" out loud and DH knew. I am so sorry for your loss. I am lost for words, but want you to know you are in my thoughts. Garden
