The newsgroup to which you posted is dedicated to supporting the Windows Mail program. It sound like you are talking about a web-based mail service like a Hotmail/Live account. If so, the best place to get help is here: http://windowslivehelp.com -- Gary VanderMolen, Microsoft MVP (Mail) http://mvp.support.microsoft.com/def...le/vandermolen "flyboydale54" <guest@newsgroup-email.com> wrote in message...

this is nothing to do with being a "fanboy" and ALL to do with recommending the best system for somebody who is spending THEIR hard earned cash , i would NEVER recommend anything just beacuse I prefer it and i would NEVER recommend anything unless i had made sure it was up to the job and the components were equally matched , i have been building systems for myself and others for nearly ten years now , that said i know that...

Go to your IE and follow the pictures. when all done, you will find the favorites (bookmarks) in the folder you have set in step 9 (which could be your USB stick). Then on the other system, you just go the Import route.

I am saying you are making it a competition. You probably do that to a lot of people and think the reaction you cause to be their fault. Hello Wandering Flame,
Yes, you can use any icon that you like. After you click on "Change Icon", you would just click on "Browse" to browse to the location of the icon that you want to use. The tutorials below can help show you more about this though. Folder Icon Change
and Shortcut Folder or File Icon Change
Hope this helps,
Shawn

Can you post an image showing this switch and the exact model number? The only thing that I can currently think of is something to do with the battery.

My guess that ".*" first matches "one", and that gets replaced by "two".
Then, the empty string after "one" also gets replaced by "two", because
".*" matches the empty string as well as all other strings, so you get
"twotwo". If you try
"one" -replace ".+", "two"
You get "two".

The error message you included pertains to receiving, not sending.
Go to Tools, Accounts, select that mail account, Properties, Servers.
Make sure that "Log on using Secure Password Authentication" is NOT enabled.
If you also have send issues, be sure to post the send error.

Recently I encountered more and more blue screens,
I do not remember exactly when it started, but I keep get blue screens.

Tough call. Extra Ram would make a difference, but it most likely wouldn't be a stellar improvement.
In addition to what you have done, have you tried disabling any un-necessary apps from Starting Up when Windows loads?
How many running process does task manager show?
Does it have an active anti-virus (resident scanner) running?
(But the cheapest and quickest way to solve the ...
